With more than 10 years of printing and packaging, the New Bag production team is capable of producing a wide range of simple polypropylene (PP), laminate, OPP, composite, as well as routine and conventional (gypsum) printing with the best quality of the Flexo (gelatin). The Novin Bag Manufacturing Group, relying on the technical knowledge of Novin Machine Engineering Company active in the field of design and production of printing and packaging industries, is capable of producing different types of polypropylene bags with the most up -to -date automatic completion of the bag.
The aforementioned machinery includes:

- Roll -to -roll printing machine without cylinder replacement
- Valve Bag Female Female Hopper
- Semi -automatic machine rocket launcher (plaster)
- Gast and Perfect Machine
- The banana punch machine
The non -cylinder printing mechanism in the modern manufacturing group enables the company to print all the sizes requested by the esteemed customers up to 130 cm long and 80 cm wide in free circulation without the need to replace the cylinder. This, in turn, is a proprietary work in Iran (Patent Number: 95325 and 98238).
It is worth noting that for the first time in the country, the rocket launcher (Shablooni) is carried out in the modern manufacturing group by automatic machinery. Thanks to the automatic mechanism of the funnel in this device, not only the size and shape of all the funnel production is the same, but the cost of each bag is significantly reduced due to the elimination of skilled manpower and, more importantly, reduced the length of the fabric (patent number: 110414 and 111704).
