سالهای اخیر روشی نوین برای مستحکم کردن انواعی از چوب برای بهره گیری در فضاهای بیرونی ساختمان مثل نمای ساختمان یا انواع کفپوش های استخر ها و مجتمع ها و.. مورد بهره وری قرا گرفته این شیوه چوب طبیعی را به ترمووود تبدیل میکند برای آشنایی با این فرایند بایستی با چوب های طبیعی آشنایی پیدا کنیم. چوبهای ترمووود به طور عمده از چوب کاج تولید می شوند و پس از آن ترموود عش یا ون (زبان گنجشک) و بلوط و.. می باشند. عمده ترین چوبهای کاج که در ایران به دلیل واردات آن از کشور روسیه به چوب روسی معروف هستند چوب های کاج ساسنا، نراد و یولکا هستند که بیشترین مصرف را چوب ساسنا دارد. روش تولید چوب ترموود چیست؟ انواع چوب های پایه جهت تولید چوب ترمو بین 50 تا 100 ساعت در کوره با دمای معین قرار می گیرند در طی این مدت صمغ و انواع اسید های موجود در چوب که از عوامل جذب رطوبت در چوب هستند از بین می روند و عمر و دوام آن افزایش می باید به عنوان مثال چوب درخت ون (زبان گنجشک) که متریالی بی دوام است پس از تبدیل به ترمووود عش به یکی از بهترین و با دوام ترین ترموو ها تبدیل شده به طوری که تقریبا گرانبها ترین نوع ترموود در بازار به حساب می آید این پروسه بر روی تک تک چوب ها رخ داده و کیفیت و دوام آنها را با عدم رطوبت پذیری چند برابر میکند. ابعاد ترمووود پس از این مرحله ابعاد ترموود انتخاب حائز اهمیت خواهد بود معمولا برای پوشش کف از ترمووود با ضخامت 2 سانتی متر و بالاتر و برای پوشش دیواره ها و نما و سقف از ترموود با ضخامت 16 میلی متر بهره می گیرند. عرض ترموود هم بسته به طرح شما متفاوت است معمولا عرض های متنوعی دارند و بسته به فضا و جغرافیا و کیفیت رنگ شما از چند ماه تا چند سال عمر دارند و بایستی مجددا تجدید شوند در زمان رنگ آمیزی ترمووود معمولا پس از یک بار رنگ آمیزی ترموود چند ساعت تا یک روز صبر میکنند که رنگ به خورد ترمو رفته و مجددا دست دوم رنگ ترمووود را میزنند. اگر ظاهر چوب ترمووود برای شما اهمیت بالایی دارد حتما لازم است با تنوع اشکال در چوب ترموود آشنا شوید. آنچه که شما بر روی سطح بیرونی ترموود به عنوان بیننده مشاهده میکنید وابسته به عوامل متععدی است 1- فاصله شما تا سطح چوب ترموود مثلا اگر شما ترمووود را در نمای یک ساختمان چند طبقه بکار گرفته اید در هنگام بازدید از نمای ساختمان نه بافت ترمووود را میبیند نه گره های چوب ترمو ونه حتی جای پیچ در هنگام نصب در این موارد بیشترین چیزی که به چشم شما میاید رنگ چوب ترمووود است که حتما در انتخاب آن باید وسواس لازم را به خرج دهید. 2- اگر ترمووود شما مثلا در سقف مجتمع های تجاری به صورت لوور کار شده یا مشابه آن در فاصله 3-4 متری بیننده قرار دارد بیشترین عاملی که برای شما حائز اهمیت بایستی باشد گره های چوب ترموود خواهد بود چرا که از این فاصله گره های ترمووود به راحتی قابل مشاهده است و بسیار ی از متقاضیان این متریال ساختمانی از نوع های گره چوب ترموود اطلاعی ندارند به طور کلی دو نوع گره چوب ترموود داریم گره پروانه ای که در زمان نصب الوارهای ترمووود در فواصل میعنی به شکل دو بال باز شده پروانه تکرار می شوند این نوع از گره معمولا قیمت بالاتری دارند گرچه کاملا به سلیقه شما بستگی دارد و گره دوم چوب ترموود که به گره خشک یا گره گوجه ای معروف است این گره ها به صورت دایره هایی نامنظم در سطح چوب پراکنده هستند و شکل طبیعی تر نسبت به گره پروانه ای دارند. 3- درنهایت اگر محل نصب ترمووود بسیار نزدیک است مثلا برای پوشش کف دیواره و یا سقف یک ساختمان مسکونی یا فروشگاه بکار فته و در فواصل یکی دو متری بیننده قرار دارند علاوه بر موراد قبلی مثل رنگ و گره چوب ترمو، بافت ترمو و نحوه نصب آن نیز بسیار مهم خواهد بود بافت ترمووود بسته به چوبی است که ترمو از آن تولید شده مثلا چوب نراد مملو از شیار های با فاصله کم و چوب ساسنا مملو از گره های گوجه ای شکل است همچنین بافت چوب در ترمووود عش یا ون بسیار لطیف تر بوده و در جاهایی که ترمو قابل لمس است بیشتر توصیه می شود همینطور با توجه به اینکه اساسا فراورده های چوبی بر اثر عوامل محیطی دچار انقباض و انبساط شده الوارهای ترمو نمی توانند به صورت کامل و بدون درز به یکدیگر بچسبند و بر اساس جغرافیا بین یک تا سه میلی متر بین آنها فاصله باید باشد که اگر باب سلیقه شما نیست می توانید از روش نصب ترمووود به شکل قابلمه ای یا کشویی استفاده کنید که الوار ها به صورت نر و ماده در یکدیگر می روند و هیچ درزی بین آنها نخواهد بود. ضمن اینکه در این شرایط به جهت زیبایی کار، بجای پیچ از میخ های بادی استفاده میشود که پس از رنگ آمیزی تقریبا قابل مشاهده نخواهند بود. انواع چوب ترمووود فنلاندی، ترموود استونی و ایرانی در بازار ایران چوبهای ترمووود به سه دسته ترمو فنلاندی ایرانی و استونی طبقه بندی می شوند که ابتدا به ترمو های ایرانی می پردازیم در نگاه اول بیننده با خود میپندارد که چوب ترمووود ایرانی از درختان کاج ایرانی تولید شده است در صورتی که هر سه این چوبها عمدتا از چوب های کاج روسیه تولید می شوند و بسته به محل کارخانه تولید چوب ترمووود آنها را ترمووود فنلاندی، ایرانی و.. می نامند. ترمووود های ایرانی معمولا از چوب ساسنا تولید می شوند و در معدود کارخانجات تولید این محصول که کمتر از انگشتان یک دست هستند تهیه می گردند اما کشور فنلاند به عنوان قطب اصلی تولید چوب ترموود در اروپا تقریبا به تمام دنیا صادرات دارد در سالها اخیر نامی جدید در بازار ترمووود ایران به نام ترمووود استونی به گوش میخورد که شاید اغلب ندانند این نام نوظهور از کجا سر در آورده است. پس از تحریم های جهانی عیله ایران، واردات چوب ترموود از فنلاند تقریبا به صفر رسید چرا که شرکت های روسی موظف بودند مقصد چوب خامی که به این کارخانجات فنلاندی ارائه می دهند را از قبل مشخص سازند و کشور فنلاند نیز به خاطر اقتصاد قوی خود و تقریبا بی نیازی به صادرات چوب ترموود به ایران به شدت قوانین سخت گیرانه ای در این مورد وضع نهاده است از اینرو توجه برخی از تجار به صنعت نوپای ترموود در همسایه جنوبی فنلاند یعنی کشور استونی جلب شده و به شکلی تحریم ها را دور زدند با توجه به نیاز اقتصادی کشور استونی به صادرات این محصول و نو پا بودن این صنعت در این کشورف بازرگانان ایرانی با خرید چوب کاج از روسیه و سفارش آن به استونی ترموود ها را از طریق مزر زمینی به روسیه متقل کرده و به صورت غیر رسمی به ایران وارد میکنند. لازم به ذکر است در حال حاضر تقریبا بازار ایران کاملا در دست چوب ترموود ایرانی است و سایر ترموود های فنلاندی و استونی با توجه به دشواری های بسیار تقریبا در ایران جایگاهی ندارند.
