Important: Jooyeshgar does not currently provide secure payment, Escrow, or financial dispute-resolution services. Buyers and sellers are responsible for checking the other party, agreeing on terms, and choosing a payment method.
Check the seller and offer before buying
- Review the seller's profile, activity history, company details, and visible verification indicators.
- Read the specifications, price, delivery cost and schedule, warranty, and return terms in full.
- Ask about any uncertainty before paying and retain a written record of the agreed terms.
- If the seller has a website, click its Enamad seal and verify the official record. An image of the logo alone is not proof.
- Check the company's landline and physical address and call when appropriate.
Stay alert when paying
- Be cautious of unusually low prices or terms that appear too good to be true.
- Verify the official payment gateway domain. Its address must end in shaparak.ir, and the merchant name should match the other party.
- Enter card details only on an official gateway and use a one-time password for online payments.
- Do not pay a deposit until you have verified the seller and all transaction details.
- Keep the payment receipt, offer page, messages, and seller details for possible follow-up.
Document the goods and delivery
- Request clear images, complete specifications, and valid tracking information.
- Inspect received goods promptly against the written specifications and terms.
- If there is a discrepancy, retain photos, videos, receipts, and messages and follow up through the seller's support and applicable legal channels.
Important guidance for sellers
- Describe the actual condition, specifications, price, delivery cost, and delivery time accurately.
- Confirm receipt of funds in your own bank account before shipping; do not rely on an image of a receipt.
- Retain the official shipping receipt and provide the tracking code to the buyer.
