Understanding the role of each part reveals the importance of using standard equipment:\r\n\r\n 1. Rebar cold cutting saw (cutter): This device is the starting point of a perfect weld. Its task is to create a cut with an exact angle of 90 degrees and a completely smooth surface (Mirror-Finish) without creating a heat-affected zone (HAZ). Any deviation from this state will cause a gap between the two ends of the rebar and as a result, an incomplete and unreliable weld.\r\n 2.
