The main function of this equipment is to generate force correctly through oil pressure. This way, the hydraulic jack can be easily and properly charged. There is a gauge on this hydraulic unit that shows the amount of pressure produced. Usually, this pressure is displayed in pascals, bar, or PSI.
Depending on the diameter of the rebars, the pressure produced by the hydraulic pump unit of the forging welding machine must be adjusted. It is important that the pressure adjustment valve be manual, and automatic valves should not be used.
