With more than 10 years of printing and packaging background, Novin Kiseh production group is capable of producing a wide range of simple polypropylene (PP), laminated, OPP and BOPP, composite (paper laminated), as well as stencile-based (for gypsum) and L-shape valve bags with best multi-colour printing quality using the flexographic (gelatin-based) technology. Relying on the technical knowledge of Novin Machine engineering group (active in the field of design and manufacturing of printing and packaging machinery), the Novin Kiseh production group is capable of producing different types of PP bags with the state-of-the-art automatic machinery.

The aforementioned machinery includes:
- Fully automatic printing, cutting and sewing machine
- Roll-Roll flexographic printing machine without cylinder replacement
- Fully automatic valve bag machine
- Semi automatic stencile-based valve bag machine (for gypsum packaging)
- Gusset and perforage machine
- Automatic and manual bag handle punch machine

The novel printing mechanism embedded in the multi-colour printing machine in Novin Kiseh production group enables us to print wide sizes range requested by the customers up to 130 cm long and 80 cm wide in free circulation without the need to replace the cylinder for wach printing size. This, in turn, is a proprietary work in Iran (Patent Numbers: 95325 and 98238).
It is worth noting, the stencile-based valve bags (for gypsum packaging) in Novin Kiseh production group are produced entirely using semi automatic valve forming machine for the first time in the country. Thanks to the automatic mechanism of the valve formation in this machine, not only the size and shape of all the bags are identical, but also the cost of bag production is significantly reduced due to the elimination of skilled manpower and, more importantly, the reduced PP fabric usage (Patent numbers: 110414 and 111704).

Funnel bags are used to pack some powder products (especially plaster, cement, etc.). Although there are different types of bags with a funnel, in general, a funnel is a small channel in the corner of the bag for the nozzle to enter and fill the bag with the desired product. In other words, in bags with a funnel, both sides of the bag (top and bottom) are closed and only a small entrance called a funnel is placed in its corner.\r\n In gypsum funnel bags (also known as rocket funnels), the head of the bag is inserted into the groove from one side in a certain way, and then its upper edge (similar to the end of the bag) is folded. Finally, sewing is done on the folded edge by an industrial sewing machine. In this case, both edges of the bag have seams and there will be a small entrance in the corner of the edge that is notched (funnel), for the nozzle to enter to fill it with the product. This form of bag is referred to as a template-type funnel bag, which is mainly designed and used for packing plaster and cement inside the country. After the bag is filled with the product and the nozzle exits from it, due to the pressure of the product on the inner wall of the bag, this opening is automatically closed and the package is sealed. One of the advantages of these types of bags is that there is no need to sew the bag after it is filled with the product at the factory (due to its automatic sealing capability). Templated funnel bags (missiles), which are designed with the aim of reducing the cost of the final bag in order to save the cost of packaging inside the country, until recently, were done entirely manually and by at least two skilled operators. The basic weakness of the manual method is the lack of integrity and uniformity of the opening of the funnel in the production bags. The reason for this is the low accuracy of manual sewing, which causes the amount (depth) of the edge of the bag to be different in different bags. This itself causes problems when the bag is filled by the nozzle (such as the nozzle not entering the funnel, or the contents coming out of the funnel).\r\n Novin Kise Production Group, relying on the necessary technical knowledge from Novin Machine Engineering Company, is proud to have designed and produced an automatic stencil hopper machine with a maximum speed of 20 bags per minute for the first time in the country.
