Funnel bags are used to pack some powder products (especially plaster, cement, etc.). Although there are different types of bags with a funnel, in general, a funnel is a small channel in the corner of the bag for the nozzle to enter and fill the bag with the desired product. In other words, in bags with a funnel, both sides of the bag (top and bottom) are closed and only a small entrance called a funnel is placed in its corner. The most important types of funnels include glue funnels, L-cut funnels, and stenciled funnels. In bags with L-cut funnels, the bag is first cut into a pocket (gast) and then cut from the edge of the bag with the help of cold cutting (cutter blades). ) a form similar to the Latin letter L is separated and then a part of it is folded inside. Then, the upper edge (head) of the bag is sewn linearly by a sewing machine. Due to the presence of cold cutting in the production process of this type of funnel bags, the bag must be of the laminate type; Because the cutter blade is not able to cut simple bags (string and woven) and takes them out in the form of strings and so-called thread pullers. L-cut funnel bags are mainly used for packing export gypsum and sometimes cement, although it can also be used for packing other powder materials that are injected by filling (nozzle) devices.

It should be noted that the size and type of printing as well as the opening of the funnel (valve) and its depth can be changed according to the taste and needs of the customer.
