The machine is designed and built for continuous induction flooding using electromagnetic waves to generate heat in the aluminum foil and melt the layer attached to it and stick the layer to the opening of the container. By using this machine, it is guaranteed to increase shelf life, prevent leakage, and preserve the pristine aspect of the product. The machine is usually used after capping in the pharmaceutical, toxic, industrial oil, food, cosmetic, and health industries. 2- ISN semi-automatic induction flood. This model is designed for manual flood and has a simple adjustment by power switch and timer. With this machine, it is possible to set the time
from 0 to 4 seconds to flood each container.
The machine has the ability to flood containers up to 150 mm opening without using cooling water. The operator puts the special flood head on the container and by pressing a thumb, the magnetic field is created and after the time set by the timer, it is cut off.
