2- Two-nozzle semi-automatic filling machine with vacuum VN2000
The machine is used to fill all kinds of liquids in glass or vacuum-resistant plastic containers.
By attaching the container to a special position on the nozzle, suction is done from the tank containing the liquid, and the materials are transferred to the container and filled, and also the overflow is directed into the glass containers for collecting the fines.
3- Semi-automatic capping
For roll on capping, the container with the lid is placed on the table by the operator and the machine automatically lifts the container and closes the lid with a
head with three pulleys. 4- Filter press ICM-140 for filtering suspended particles with 16 polyethylene sheets with a diameter of 300 mm with special filtration paper with a stainless steel pump. The approximate capacity of the machine is 50 kilos of cakes per period. 5- Freezer, mixer and perfume and cologne filtration machine. The machine is used for clarifying liquids after mixing and cooling and for preparing perfume and cologne. r\n The system for creating pressure in the filters is with a European standard diaphragm pump and all systems in contact with materials and the chassis are made of AISI304
. The filters are of PP type.
