تولید روزانه این شرکت در حال حاضر 250 تن و ماهانه به ‌طور متوسط 5 هزار تن توسط کشتی و کانتینر به کشورهای کویت، قطر، امارات، عراق، بنگلادش و هند صادر می‌‌شود و بخشی از تولیدات این شرکت نیز برای مصرف و تغذیه داخلی به صورت فله و بسته بندی کیسه ،پاکت،جمبوبگ، و پالت ارسال می گردد.

سنگ آهک چیست ؟

سنگ آهک یک سنگ تشکیل شده از رسوب و تغییر فرم اسکلت موجودات زنده دریایی است که به میزان فراوانی در پوسته زمین (بخصوص در بستر اقیانوس ها) یافت می شود. از نظر شیمیایی ، سنگ اهک یک ماده کلسیمی با فرمول کربنات کلسیم یا کربنات کلسیم منیزیم (آهک دولومیتی) و کاملا غیر قابل انحلال در آب است که خاصیت قلیایی داشته و در انواع کلسیت ، آراگونیت ، سنگ مرمر ، تراورتن و … وجود دارد. اهمیت سنگ آهک به دلیل طیف گسترده کاربرد های آن ، ویژگی های شیمیایی و فیزیکی ، قیمت مناسب و فراوانی این ماده می باشد. منشاء تشکیل سنگ آهک

منشاء تشکیل کلیه سنگ های کلسیمی از جمله آهک ، ارگان های استخوانی موجوداتی است که میلیون ها سال قبل در دریا ها زیست می کرده اند و به خصوص می توان به مرجان ها و ریف ها اشاره نمود. میزان فشار و دما در اعماق زیاد اقیانوس ها به گونه ای است که شرایط برای تشکیل کانی های کلسیمی فراهم می شود. همچنین امکان دارد برخی ناخالصی ها مانند خاک رس ، یون ها ، اکسید آهن ، مواد آلی و … موجب تغییر رنگ در سنگ آهک بشود.از نظر مورفولوژی سنگ آهک ، این ماده معدنی با توجه به متد شکل گیری می تواند دارد ساختار گرانولار ، کلاستیک و کریستالی باشد. سنگ آهک در حدود ده درصد کل سنگ های رسوبی کره زمین را تشکیل داده و بیشتر به صورت سنگ بستر و ماده اصلی تشکیل دهنده غار ها وجود دارد.
