The FNIRSI TSG3020 and FNIRSI TSG6020 are two professional dual-channel signal generators designed based on DDS (Direct Digital Synthesis) technology. These devices produce precise and low-distortion waveforms with a sampling rate of 200 million samples per second (200MSa/s) and 14-bit resolution.
