This label is made of paper material.
It has a small bobbin and is double-rowed.
The number of labels on each roll is 4000 pieces.
The adhesive used is hot melt type.
The ribbon required for printing on this label is a 110 mm wide wax or wax resin ribbon.
Backing (Silicone): The backing thickness for label printer applications should not be too thick to allow the sensor to detect the gap between two labels, usually between 60 to 75 microns is used for these applications. However, when labels are used as sheets, the backing thickness is not important. The space between two labels is called the gap and is typically between 2 to 3 millimeters. Labels are also produced in two or more rows to save printing time and ribbon consumption; in this case, the print width should not exceed the printer paper's print width.
Adhesive: There are two types of adhesives used for label production; the first type is hot melt adhesive, which is suitable for all surfaces and has good adhesion. This adhesive is the most commonly used for the climatic conditions of our country. The second type is acrylic adhesive, which has less effect on surfaces.
Label Surface: Paper labels have a paper surface thickness of 60 to 80 microns. The best type of label in terms of ribbon printability is the semi-gloss label (Art label).
