### Shaft reflection converts the angular motion of a shaft or axis to countable electric pulses. The encoders are divided into two types of incremental and absolute in terms of performance.
Incremental Increased Encoder
In this type of encoders, a pair of transmitter and receiver LEDs and a gradient disc (black or white or hole) is used and the graduated disc is placed between the transmitter and receiver sensor. When rotating the gradual disk, the signal will be disconnected between the transmitter and the receiver and we will have a pulse set at the output. Counting the number of pulses can calculate the amount of rotation and displacement.
The greater the number of pulses, the greater the accuracy of motion.
Counting the number of inchoder pulses can measure the movement or rotation of the shaft. But if we have a row of output pulse, it is not possible to rotate the direction of rotation. Therefore, the encoders must have the second set of pulses, which is separate from the primary pulse.
A single pulse that indicates the rotation time of a complete eCode shaft is also produced by the encoders. The first pulse collection is known as A and the second collection is known as Pulse B and the third unit pulse is known as Pulse Z.
If there is a pulse A set before pulse B, the encoder will rotate in the clock handheld clockwise.
The encoders are made according to the need for consumption to produce different signals. The most widely used inonics inchix is its 3 signals and 6 signals. In the three model, the 3 -voltage voltage signal has 24V DC and the inchoder has 3 wires. In the 6 model, the 5V DC Incoder Voltage Signal and the Inkoder, in addition to the A, B and Z pulses, have three pulses, A, *B and *C, which are exactly the opposite of the primary pulses. That is, when the Pulse A is at a logical level, the *A signal is at zero level.
Absolute's Absolute Reason
One major drawback in incremental refractors is that the pulse count should be stored in a counter, and if for any reason there is a disruption to the countertop performance, the Eneodor will lose the situation in which it is located. In the incremental reference, the zero point of movement will not be specified to solve the problem of absolute encoders, which will always be the situation in which they are located and the distance from the starting point (zero point). The disk used in these encoders of a number of sh
