As the founder of this technology in Iran and a pioneer in the localization of its equipment, Azmoun Foulad Structural Engineering Company is a specialized and comprehensive reference that provides all the needs of contractors and executors of large construction projects with the highest level of quality and technical support.\r\n\r\n Technical and functional description of the components of a complete forging system\r\n\r\nA complete welding forging system is a collection of precise mechanical, hydraulic and thermal components whose coordinated operation results in a strong and integrated molecular bond. Understanding the role of each part reveals the importance of using standard equipment:\r\n\r\n 1. Rebar cold cutting saw (cutter): This device is the starting point of a perfect weld. Its task is to create a cut with an exact angle of 90 degrees and a completely smooth surface (Mirror-Finish) without creating a heat-affected zone (HAZ). Any deviation from this state will cause a gap between the two ends of the rebar and as a result, an incomplete and unreliable weld.\r\n 2. Rebar holding clamp (clamp): This piece, which consists of two fixed and movable jaws, is responsible for accurate alignment and powerful restraint of the two ends of the rebar. The precise design of the jaws and its smooth movement mechanism ensure that the two bars remain perfectly aligned during the heating and pressing process.\r\n 3. This controlled pressure provides the necessary force to fuse (forge) the two rebar ends that have reached the paste temperature. Having an accurate pressure gauge to control this step is critical.\r\n 4. Thermal system (torch, nozzle and fire ring): Gas torch produces a flame with a temperature of about 1300 degrees Celsius by accurately mixing oxygen and acetylene gases. This flame spreads evenly and 360 degrees around the connection point through nozzle and fire ring so that homogeneous heat reaches both ends of the rebar at the same time.\r\n 5. Gas control system (capsule and manometer): Accurate control of gas pressure is necessary to achieve standard flame. The pressure of oxygen gas is usually between 5 and 7 bar and the pressure of acetylene gas is about 0.5 bar by accurate manometers.
