An electrostatic powder coating line includes the following parts:

• Washing and drying system:
In this section, parts must be degreased and prepared with materials such as phosphate and chromate for proper paint adhesion. Then they are completely dried with warm air. The washing system can be designed, manufactured, installed, and commissioned as immersion or spray types.
• Spray booth, recovery system, and paint spraying device:
At this stage, parts are transferred to the booth and painted by the spraying device. Excess paint collects on the booth floor and is sucked by the recovery system; while removing excess particles, pure paint is prepared for reuse.
• Curing oven:
Painted parts are then transferred to the oven where paint is cured at about 180-200 degrees Celsius. The curing oven is a sensitive and precise part of powder coating units and must maintain uniform temperature throughout. The curing oven can be designed, manufactured, installed, and commissioned as box or tunnel types.
• Conveyor:
To transfer parts regularly and continuously to the paint line, overhead transfer lines or conveyors are used. Parts are attached to the conveyor by specific hangers for each part, creating smooth and continuous movement along the path. Reciprocators and Robots can be used in this system for painting parts.
• Decorall system:
In this system, you can transfer various designs such as wood patterns, natural stone, and diverse graphic designs as films onto metal parts like doors, hardware, profiles, aluminum, Teflon cookware, etc. These designs penetrate 40 to 50 microns deep into the powder coating base and have good durability.
