Hot oil boilers are recognized as safe heat sources used where high thermal capacity is required in various installations.
Instead, synthetic and oil-based heat transfer fluids are used as heat carriers in the design of hot oil boilers. Thanks to this transfer oil, these boilers operate at nearly atmospheric pressures up to 300 degrees Celsius.
Hot oil boilers provide the necessary heat for conditions where bitumen and its derivatives, such as bitumen storage tanks, drum melting systems, asphalt emulsion production systems, and polymer-modified bitumen systems, need to be used warm or in liquid form.
Some sectors where hot oil boilers are used:
Crude oil production and processing
Chemical/Petrochemical
Asphalt and roofing
Automotive
Asphalt and roofing
Aviation
Gas processing
Food and beverage
