### ***Direct production and sale of clear base PVC, acrylic-PVC, single-component scratch-resistant paint and clear coat specially designed for coating surfaces of foamed PVC parts (waterproof sheets), flowers, bushes, and columns made of injected PVC or U-PVC door and window profiles. Various colored products made based on PVC base or acrylic-PVC copolymer solvent-based, suitable for matte, semi-matte to glossy coating (without polishing) with lasting water repellency and long durability for PVC, UPVC surfaces, and especially foamed waterproof PVC sheets, widely used in the manufacture of elegant washbasin cabinets made of foamed PVC or in the production of neoclassical prefabricated kitchen cabinets.* ## **- Correct process for painting scratch-resistant PVC washbasin cabinets made from foamed PVC sheets (waterproof sheets):** 1- First, by adding some PRN-0465 quick putty (product of Diako Choob Bespar Farav Company) to the putty powder, prepare some putty for filling the edges of cuts and screw or nail sections, then let your waterproof thermoplastic putty rest for half an hour and cover the single-component waterproof putty with a freezer bag to prevent drying. 2- After fifteen minutes from putty application, you can perform sanding of the putty before final hardening. 3- At this stage, dilute PRN-0465 quick putty (custom production of Diako Choob Bespar Farav) with quick thinner and spray it on the sanded parts. Note: If the substrate surface is glossy and flawless, there is no need to use quick putty or create scratches for paint adhesion on the foamed surface, such as high-density sheets. Note: The main role of quick putty is to fill tiny holes on low-quality and grade 2 foamed surfaces to prevent bubbles on the paint surface and possibly on the final sprayed clear coat. 4- After half an hour of drying the quick putty and the release of thinner gases or combined solvent (preferably used) (when the part no longer smells of thinner, usually taking 30 minutes at 25°C), the parts do not require sanding. However, to achieve a glossy substrate, you can polish the part with 1000-2000-2500 grit wet sandpaper and some liquid soap to improve the paint base quality and enhance the final color and high gloss effect. Note: After sanding and washing the part, allow more time for final drying to avoid water bubbles in the next layer due to deep drying, as foamed materials absorb about 15-20% water because of the high calcium carbonate recently used in foamed PVC manufacturing to reduce costs. 5- At this stage, spray the primer and paint, chosen by the customer from low-gloss PVC base or solvent-based glossy and scratch-resistant acrylic, onto the part (to thin the paint and maintain gloss, it is better to use the company's additive thinner; otherwise, use quick thinner 20000 or higher for glossier coverage). This step does not require sanding. 6- In the final step, after a maximum of 2 hours drying of the paint layer, apply the nano-technology solvent-based acrylic matte/glossy scratch-resistant clear coat PRCN-14250 (custom production of Diako Choob) which has a glossy surface with a needle texture and transparency, higher resistance than glass, and is highly water-repellent without the need for sanding or polishing. ***- Advantages of using Diako Choob Bespar Farav Company's paints for painting foamed PVC:*** The greatest advantage of using layers of the same material for putty, primer, paint, and transparent scratch-resistant clear coat is that all layers chemically bond strongly with each other and the PVC substrate (foamed) creating a chemical fusion bond (fusion paint) of covalent type. Therefore, these paint layers never peel off even under 250 bar water jet pressure or direct/indirect heat of 80-120°C; in other words, the layers become one with the foamed substrate. Another major advantage of the transparent acrylic coating for PVC washbasin cabinets (waterproof) includes specialized paints for PVC sheets, washbasin cabinets, glossy foamed coatings, waterproof foamed coatings, coatings for U-PVC door and window profiles, PVC, vacuum, and membrane coatings, suitable for recoloring membrane-covered cabinet doors with the best quality and easiest painting method using rollers and spray without brush marks, creating a uniform acrylic glossy, matte, and shiny film with scratch and stain resistance, water repellency, and high UV resistance for renovation or restoration of entrance doors made from vacuum or membrane coverings that have faded over time due to sunlight. E06 SPL epoxy resin of Khuzestan Petrochemical is obtained from the reaction of bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin. Features of Khuzestan E06 epoxy resin include high abrasion resistance, good mechanical strength, excellent chemical and environmental resistance, low volumetric changes during curing, excellent dimensional stability, high temperature resistance, good electrical insulation, high acid resistance, and excellent adhesion to various substrates. Due to its mechanical and chemical resistance to impact and chemical compounds, Khuzestan E06 epoxy resin is used in the production of industrial flooring, hospital and telecommunications flooring, and waterproof sealants for parking floors. These floorings have long service life and excellent strength. The high adhesive strength of the epoxy resin has also made this Iranian resin useful as an adhesive for bonding parts, as well as for grout and putty in the civil engineering and construction industries for filling voids in walls, filling joints, repairing cracks in concrete, and more. Khuzestan epoxy resin is used in the stone industry to provide exceptional reinforcement to stone (back and face). The electrical insulation properties of Khuzestan Petrochemical’s E06 epoxy resin have led to its use in the manufacture of products such as high-voltage insulators, insulation and potting of electrical components and circuit boards. Additionally, epoxy composites, due to their high strength and light weight, are used in the production of filament-wound pressure vessels, boat hulls, helicopter blades, and more.
