Your Jooyeshgar inbox is where you communicate with us and other users. It brings together everything from important site notices to conversations with buyers and sellers. This guide explains how to use your inbox.
How do I open my inbox?
After signing in, open the "User Services" menu on the right side of the page and select "Inbox." This takes you to the page where you can manage your messages.
How do I know when I have a new message?
When you receive a new message, a numbered notification, such as "49 new," appears next to "Inbox" in the menu.
Reading, replying to, and managing messages
Your inbox shows a list of your conversations. You can manage them in the following ways:
- Read a message: Select its subject to open and read the full message.
- Reply to a message: After opening a message, you can reply on the same page. The page also shows your full conversation with that user.

Delete messages:
- Select messages: Use the checkbox next to each message to select one or more messages. To select every message on the page, use the "Select all" button above the list.
- Move messages to the trash: After selecting the messages, click "Move to trash."
What types of messages will I receive?
Your inbox keeps you informed about your activity on Jooyeshgar. Messages usually include:
- Listing status: Confirmation that your listings were approved or the reasons they were not approved.
- Order status: Updates such as "New order" or "Order ready for payment."
- User conversations: Messages from other buyers or sellers.
- Jooyeshgar notices: Important news, changes to site rules, and special offers from the Jooyeshgar team.
