For ease of transportation of jumbo bags (Big Bag), straps (bunches) are sewn into the corners of the bag. Much of the process of producing these bags, including a fixed fabric cutting, marking the location of the straps and cutting them in size, embroidery, etc. is done manually and by manpower. The accuracy of sewing marks on the straps is very important to balance the bag when filling the product. Marking and cutting the jumbo straps due to their high number is a time -consuming process and requires a manpower.

Due to the challenges of manual belts in the Jumbo Bags, the Novin Machine Engineering Company in 1401 designed and manufactured the fully automatic female mark and the Jumbo Belt cut and marketed it. This device is capable of marking up to 6 rolling straps simultaneously and finally cut into a thermal with the desired length.
