The moving inclined surface consists of two hydraulic jacks and a welded metal structure with reinforced understructure. The inclined surface is made of checker plate sheet with a thickness of 6 to 8 millimeters and a movable edge with a thickness of 10 to 20 millimeters.

The hydraulic system with a control circuit and using two hydraulic jacks allows height increase up to 60 centimeters and height decrease up to 30 centimeters. When the truck is positioned in front of the platform and pressed against the bumpers, the door opens and the inclined surface is guided by the control circuit to a height above the truck bed, then the movable edge and the whole assembly are leveled with the truck by the control circuit. With the possibility of quick passage of forklifts and reach trucks into the truck, the unloading and loading time is minimized.
