If you want to sell products in the Jooyeshgar shop, also known as "Ready to Ship", follow the steps below. Once complete, buyers can find and order products available for direct purchase.
How do I activate products for the shop?
Enter the required information in the advanced product editor and enable the shop option.
Step 1: Open the advanced product editor
- Sign in to your Jooyeshgar user panel.
- Open "Products and Services".
- Find the product you want to sell in the shop, then select its gear icon or "Advanced Edit" option.
Step 2: Complete the required shop information
Complete all the following fields on the product's "Advanced Edit" page:
1. Enter the product price
- Enter the exact amount in the "Price" field.
2. Select the currency
- Select the currency used for the price, such as toman.
- Prices linked to exchange rates: If your prices change with a foreign exchange rate, the system converts and displays them in rials each day.
3. Set the price expiry date
- Use "Price Valid Until" to specify how long the entered price remains valid.
- Important: When the price expires, the system automatically removes the product from the shop. Update the date when necessary.
4. Enter available stock
- Enter the number of units currently in stock and available for immediate dispatch. Stock must be at least 1.
- Important: When stock reaches zero, the system automatically removes the product from the shop.
Production or preparation time: If you make the product to order or need time to prepare it, enter the number of days in "Production Time" or the equivalent field.
5. Enable "Ready to Ship"
- At the bottom of the form, select "Ready to Ship". This makes the product eligible to appear in the shop.
- After you save the form, the product remains in the shop only while its price is valid and at least one unit is in stock.
Step 3: Complete the optional information
The following fields are optional, but completing them gives customers better product and delivery information:
Additional product information
- You can enter commission, discount, weight, dimensions, product reference, taxpayer-system code, and charges for post, Tipax, courier, or collection.
Display the product in the showcase
- If available, use "Display Product in Showcase" to give the product more prominence.
Free delivery
- If delivery is free, enable "Free Delivery".
Important points
Required fields
- A price, currency, price expiry date, stock of at least 1, and the "Ready to Ship" option are required for the product to appear in the Jooyeshgar shop.
Price expiry and stock
- The system removes a product from the shop when its price expires or its stock reaches zero. Keep both values up to date.
Accurate, current information
- Keep product information, especially price and stock, accurate so customers can place orders with confidence.
Final check
- After saving the information, open the shop and confirm that your product appears correctly.
Ready to sell: Once these requirements are met, buyers can find your product in the shop.
