After submitting a purchase offer on Jooyeshgar, you can track its status, read related messages, and make changes when needed.
Open "My Purchase Offers"
- Sign in to your Jooyeshgar account.
- Open the "User Panel" from the user menu.
- Select "My Purchase Offers" in the user panel.
View and manage your purchase offers
The "My Purchase Offers" page lists all the offers you have submitted. Each row represents one purchase offer and contains the following information and tools:
- Row and product name: The row number and the name of the product covered by your purchase offer.
- Draft status: If your offer needs review or more information, you may see a message such as "Please review and update your product draft." Select "View" to edit and complete the offer.
- Views: The number of users who have viewed your purchase offer.
- Contacts: The number of users who selected the phone-number button and viewed your contact number. This count applies only when your number is visible in the offer.
- Date: The date when the purchase offer was submitted or last updated.

Actions: This section contains the tools for managing each offer:
- Circular arrow, update: Updates the purchase offer so it appears to users again.
- Yellow chart, increase views: Shows Jooyeshgar plans that can give your offer more visibility. Some plans may require payment.
- Pencil, edit: Lets you change the offer title, description, price, or images.
- Trash can, delete: Removes a purchase offer when you no longer need it.
Important tips
- Check your inbox, email, and the phone number you provided with the offer regularly so you do not miss messages or calls from sellers.
- Prompt replies to sellers can shorten the buying process.
