Use this guide to keep your personal and business profiles up to date. It explains how to edit each part of your account.

First, sign in to your user panel. You can open the editing page in either of these ways:

1. Use the User panel menu on the right side of the page.
2. Find the Personal information or Business information card on the panel home page, then select Edit information.

1. How do I edit my personal information?

Select Personal information to update your individual details. You can edit the following fields:

• First and last name: enter your full name.
• Gender: select your gender.
• Email: enter or correct your email address.
• Mobile: enter your mobile number and choose whether other users can see it.
• Change password: enter a new password in the Password and Confirm password fields.
• Job title: enter your role, such as sales manager or technical specialist.
• Location: select your country, province, and city.
• Industry: select the industry in which you work.
• Contact numbers: you may add a landline and WhatsApp number to help people contact you.

2. How do I edit my business and company information?

A complete business profile helps people find you. Select My company from the menu to edit it. The information is divided into two main sections:

A. General information and contact details

Enter the main details of your business in this section:

• Official information: enter the company registration number, IBAN, and business card number.
• Business type: specify whether your company works in manufacturing, trading, services, or another field.
• Website: enter your website address.
• Logo and catalogue: use the relevant buttons to upload your company logo and catalogue from your device.

After entering these details, select Submit.

B. Introduce your company in Farsi, English, and Arabic

You can introduce your business to users in other countries. This section has three tabs: Farsi (FA), English (EN), and Arabic (AR). Open each tab and enter the following information in that language:

• Company name: your business or trading name.
• Products and services: a description of what you sell or want to buy.
• About the company: your company's background and main activities.
• Address and postal code: your full business address.
• Additional information: enter the national ID and company type, such as private or publicly traded.
