Your account security matters to us. This guide explains how to change your password or create a new one if you have forgotten it.

If you know your current password

If you can access your account and want to change your password, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Jooyeshgar account.
2. Select "Personal information" from the menu on the right side of the page.
3. Go to the password section on the page that opens.
4. Enter your new password in the "Password" field.
5. Enter the same password again in the "Confirm password" field.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Submit."

Your account password will change after you submit the form.

If you have forgotten your password

If you cannot sign in to your account, follow these steps to reset your password:

1. Go to the Jooyeshgar sign-in page.
2. Select "Forgot your password?" below the sign-in fields.
3. Enter the email address or mobile number you used to create your account.
4. After you confirm your details, Jooyeshgar will send a reset link to your email address or a verification code to your mobile number.
5. Open the email from Jooyeshgar and select the link inside it. If you received a verification code, enter it in the relevant field.
6. Set a new password on the password reset page.

Security tip: Use a strong password that is difficult to guess. A combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols makes your account more secure.
