Report violations and problems

The security and quality of Jooyeshgar’s services are very important to us. If you encounter a violation or experience a technical problem, please report it so we can investigate it as quickly as possible.

Report user violations

Please report any of the following:

Fraudulent or misleading advertisements
Use of images belonging to others
Incorrect contact information
Unrealistic pricing
Inappropriate or offensive content
Fraud or abuse

Report technical problems

Technical problems that should be reported include:

Website or page errors
Problems uploading images
Emails not being received
Online payment problems
Slow pages or pages that do not load
Mobile and tablet problems

How to submit a report

Quick report from an advertisement
Each advertisement page has a “Report violation” button:
1. Select “Report violation”.
2. Choose the type of violation.
3. Provide any additional details.
4. Submit your report.
Submit a support ticket
For detailed reports:
1. Open “Submit a ticket”.
2. Select “Report a violation” or “Technical problem” as the subject.
3. Provide a complete description of the problem.
4. Attach relevant screenshots or evidence.

Information required for a report

For a violation report:

Link to the suspicious advertisement or profile
Username or company name
A precise description of the violation
Evidence or screenshots
Date and time of the incident

For a technical problem:

Browser name and version
Your operating system
The error message you received
A screenshot of the problem
Steps taken before the problem occurred

Following up reports

Receipt confirmation: You will receive confirmation within 24 hours.

Review time: Violation reports are reviewed within 2–5 business days.

Notification: The result is sent by email or internal message.

Confidentiality: Your information remains completely confidential.

Types of action

Depending on the type and severity of the violation, we may take the following actions:

Warning: Send a warning to the offending user
Content removal: Remove the offending advertisement or content
Account restriction: Limit the user’s access
Account suspension: Completely suspend the user’s account
Legal report: Refer serious cases to the relevant authorities

Important: False or baseless reports may also have legal consequences. Please report only genuine cases.
