Buyer guide: How do I ask a seller a question?

If you have a question about specifications, shipping, or any other detail of a product or service, you can ask the seller directly.

1. Submit a question:

1. Open the page of the product you have a question about.
2. Scroll down to the “Frequently asked questions” section.
3. Enter your question in the provided field and select “Send”.

2. Receive and view the answer:

1. Your question is sent to the seller immediately.
2. When the seller answers, you will receive a text message or email notification.
3. To see the answer, sign in to your user panel and select “Frequently asked questions” from the menu. Your questions and the sellers’ answers are available under “My questions”.

1. Learn about a new question:

When a user asks about one of your products, you will be notified through the phone number and email address registered in your profile.

2. Open the questions section:

1. Sign in to your user panel.
2. Select “Frequently asked questions” from the menu.
3. The page contains two main sections:
   1. Questions from others: All questions buyers have asked you. Open this section to answer them.
   2. My questions: Questions you have asked other sellers.

3. Answer a user’s question:

1. Open “Questions from others” to see the questions you have received.
2. Select the blue conversation icon at the start of the question’s row.

4. Send the answer and control its visibility:

1. A window opens and displays the user’s question.
2. Enter a complete and accurate response in the “Answer” field.

Finally, select “Save” to send your answer.
